Our auditorium can accommodate up to 130 participants, and we are prepared to accommodate your technical requirements and needs.

På Thorbjørnrud Hotell spiser du kortreist lokalmat fra nydelige Hadeland, lokale oster og grønnsaker fra kjøkkenhagen. Vi brygger eget øl og har startet egen vingård med først innhøstning i 2024. Vi serverer frokost med både kalde og varme retter laget på lokale ingredienser. Lunsjbuffeten vår er viden kjent, og av og til fyrer vi opp pizzaovnen og serverer italiensk pizza ved siden av. Thorbjørnrud Hotel is proudly certified as an environmentally friendly business and takes sustainability seriously. We sort waste, choose environmentally certified products, and use organic wellness products from Elm Organics. Our vegetable growing project reduces transportation distances and supports local suppliers. In the brewery, we use Norwegian malt to support local raw materials. Heat recovery and wood chip heating systems increase energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Our sustainable initiatives demonstrate our commitment.
