We are looking at some classic selected types of beer that you can taste and smell to get better acquainted with them and play with their flavours.
Price: NOK 9,500,- minimum price up to 20 people.
Above this, there is an addition of NOK 250,- per person.

Wine tasting
Join us for a wine tasting featuring 4 glasses of wine, 2 white and 2 red, served with a tapas platter of local ingredients. The platter includes cured ham and salami from Brandbu, Rød Ku and Brie from Thorbjørnrud Ysteri, marmalade from our garden/redcurrant jelly and crostini.
Price: NOK 790 per person for course/conference guests

Wine history + wine tasting: NOK 999 per person
Individual guests, on request: NOK 1,290 per person
The wine tasting can also be combined with our 4-course menu, with 4 glasses of wine paired with 4 courses.
