At Thorbjørnrud Hotel, we have our own brewery where we produce our own beer. With a focus on premium Norwegian ingredients and access to one of Norway's best drinking water sources, quality is assured. We use Norwegian malt wherever possible, giving the beer a unique character that we are proud of.
Our beer portfolio includes Pilsner, IPA, Kölsch, and traditional Farmhouse Ale. Recently, we have also expanded our production to include cider made from our own apples. In addition to our regular beer varieties, we offer seasonal variations that provide a diverse and exciting taste experience appealing to all beer enthusiasts.
