In June 2022, we planted vines at Thorbjørnrud Hotell. We have planted the following varieties: 2500 Solaris, 500 Rondo, 200 Pinot Noir, 100 Riesling, 90 Chardonnay and 100 Felicia. We have the opportunity to produce all kinds of wine, red/white/rose and sparkling, with the grape types we have planted - maybe even dessert wine. The first harvest of grapes for the production of wine will be in the autumn of 2024 or 2025, but we will already harvest some in 2023 to test. White wine and rosé wine will be ready in 2025. Sparkling and red wine will be ready in 2026.
