When do bonus points expire?
- Bonus points expire on the last day of the following calendar year.
When do other benefits expire?
- Gift vouchers and offers expire according to instructions in "benefits".
When are bonus points awarded?
- Usually immediately or within 7 days of stay or transaction.

How is a cancellation handled?
